Confluye is currently available only to invited users. You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Your organization controls membership and may suspend or remove access to its workspaces.
Your content and connected services
You retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize Confluye to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide the service and execute your instructions. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed for content, credentials, and third-party accounts you connect.
Acceptable use
You may not use Confluye to:
- break the law, violate third-party rights, or access data without authorization;
- distribute malware, evade security controls, or disrupt the service;
- misrepresent automated output as verified when human review is required; or
- use connected services beyond the permissions and terms granted by their providers.
Automation and AI output
Workflows and AI systems can produce incomplete or incorrect output. You are responsible for reviewing results and approvals before relying on them for consequential decisions or external actions. Confluye does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or security advice.
Availability and termination
The service may change, experience interruptions, or suspend functionality needed to protect users and data. You or your organization may stop using Confluye at any time. We may suspend access for material violations of these terms, security risk, or legal requirements.
